Easy Crochet Face Scrubbies in a Mini basket
Who doesn’t like eco-friendly crochet makeup remover pads? They save you money and can be made from leftover cotton yarn.
This free crochet pattern for face scrubbies has a cute floral design. What’s more? It comes with a cute basket for storage.
Face scrubbies should be made with cotton yarn. I did not have any with me so I had to use the acrylic yarn I had. I am stuck in a place with hardly any yarn collection and Ice yarn is the only international brand available here.
These pads are washable and will last you a long time. They will make great gifts and craft fair items too.

I love your scrubbie pattern and have made a dozen. I found that when I made the puff pattern in the 2nd round the yarn I used, which was Bernat 100% cotton, the stitch was not smooth, some of the strands were loose. I find that Bernat does not split very easily. I have crocheted a lot of dishcloths with this yarn so crocheting is not something new for me. What am I doing incorrectly?

Make sure you keep your tension constant each time you wrap and pick up the loops for the puff stitch. If the strands you pull up are of different lengths, some strands will appear loose.
