Crochet Blanket Pattern
With pink color yarn, ch 206.
Row 1: 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch 3, 1 dc in next 3 chs, sk 2 chs, 1 sc in next ch, *(ch 3, 1 dc in next 3 chs, sk 2 chs, 1 sc in next ch), repeat from * to end, turn. (34 repeats)
Row 2: Ch 4, 2 dc in first st, sk next 2 dc, 1 sc in next dc, *(ch 3, 3 dc in next ch-3 space, sk next sc and 2 dc, 1 sc in next dc), repeat from * until you work a sc in the last dc, ch 3, dc3tog across next 2 chs and last sc, turn. (35 repeats)
Row 3: Ch 1, 1 sc in 1st st, ch 3, 3 dc in next ch-3 space, *(sk next sc and 2 dc, 1 sc in next dc, ch 3, 3 dc in next ch-3 space), repeat from * until you work 3 dc in last ch-3 space, sk next sc and 2 dc, 1 sc on op of beginning ch-4, place a marker on this side of the fabric to indicate the RS and turn. (34 repeats)
Note: To join the new color yarn while completing the dc3tog at the end of Row 4, start the dc3tog as usual and when you have 4 loops on your hook, YO the new color yarn and pull through to complete your dc3tog.

Rows 5 to 8: Repeat Rows 3 and 4 with cream yarn twice. Now you will have 4 cream rows. Join pink color yarn at the end of the 4th row while completing your dc3tog.
Rows 9 to 12: Repeat Rows 3 and 4 with pink yarn twice. Join cream color yarn at the end of the 4th row while completing your dc3tog.
Rows 13 to 16: Repeat Rows 3 and 4 with cream yarn twice. Now you will have 4 cream rows. Join pink color yarn at the end of the 4th row while completing your dc3tog.

With pink yarn, sl st where you have the beginning tail, ch 2, 1 sc under next 2 dc, sk next dc, *(1 hdc into gap between repeats, 1 sc in next ch space, 1 sc under next 2 dc, sk next dc), repeat from * and after skipping last dc, 1 hdc in next gap, 1 hdc on top of beginning ch. Border
Note: All rounds of the border are worked on the RS of the blanket.
Round 1: With cream color yarn, sl st where you fastened off, *(distribute sc sts along the row ends all the way to the next corner, 3 sc in the corner, 1 sc in each st across along the next edge all the way to the next corner, 3 sc in corner), repeat from * one more time, sl st to the first sc, do not turn.
Round 2: ch 1, *(1 sc in each st across to next corner, 3 sc in corner), repeat 3 more times, sl st to first sc, do not turn.
Round 3: *(Ch 1, 1 sl st in next st), repeat all around until you reach back where you started the round, end with a ch 1, sl s to first sl st. Fasten off
