A classy pattern that suits a boy as well as a girl. A versatile design that gives you a new look every time you change the colors. I have never enjoyed doing any other pattern in so many different color combos. The t-strap of the booties is designed in such a way that it’s incorporated seamlessly into the toe top. It holds its shape so well that it can give any store-bought shoe a run for its money. The design with all its detailing looks great from the top as well as the sides and has a heeled look from behind.

The pattern requires Hooks H (5mm) and G(4.25mm) and worsted weight yarn. I used Red Heart Super Saver, Loops and Threads Impeccable and Lily sugar and cream worsted weight yarns.

It is written in standard American terms.

It includes 4 sizes: 0-3, 3-6, 6-9 and 9-12 months.

Stitches used are single crochet, slip stitch and half double crochet.

Do the straps open and shut or are they permanently attached to the side of the shoes? Love the pattern and seriously considering getting the pattern for our future adopted baby.
